Announcing the Pijunnaq Sector Development Granting Cohort

Annauma is launching a new consensus-based granting cohort to provide steady and flexible funding to Nunavut nonprofits and charities.

Three to five organizations will join the inaugural cohort. Each year, cohort members will collectively decide how $300,000 is distributed among participating organizations. This multi-year funding is intended to provide stability and flexibility, allowing organizations to plan for the future while responding to emerging community needs.

Key Dates

Cohort members will regularly meet to exchange knowledge, collectively develop solutions to challenges, and build relationships with peers.

In addition to funding, Annauma will provide non-monetary support tailored to the needs and priorities identified by cohort members. The goal is to offer practical, relevant support that equips individual organizations while contributing to a more resilient nonprofit and charitable sector in Nunavut.
